Navachandi Puja

Navchandi is a Durga puja done to make wishes come true. By performing the Navchandi yagna, the worshiper gets freedom from sufferings. There is a popular Puranic saying that there are only two Gods who respond immediately to the prayers of the devotees. They are Goddess Chandi and Lord Ganesh. As per ancient texts, Navchandi yagna bestows good health, wealth, prosperity, longevity, food, wealth, fame, success, strength. This yagna removes fear of ailment, danger, defeat in the hand of adversaries, and pacifies the malefic of the nine planets.

Navachandi Puja

Performing the Navchandi yagya, blesses with immense energy. As a result, even the greatest hardships that may seem hopeless to an individual may be conquered and at the same time immense blessings from the Divine Mother can be brought in. If the planetary condition is not good in your horoscope or the stars are not in your favor then this puja is most powerful. Nav Chandi yagya is the combination of 1000 mantras which are exported form Markandeya Purana. In Markandeya Purana, there are different mantras for different problems.

Navachandi Puja

Devi Mahatmyam is also known as the Durga Saptashati or Chandi paath (ritual reading). Devi Mahatmyam contains 700 verses, arranged into 13 chapters. According to Damara Tantra “Like Aswamedha in Yagnas, Hari in Devas, Durga Sapthsati is in hymns.” “Like the Vedas; Saptasati is eternal” says Bhuvaneshwari Samhita.
